Menu #1: Multiple Pages
The general manager of Bengal Tap Room requested a menu consisting of up to four pages that could fit on a 4.25x11 inch clipboard. To enhance usability, I designed each page to be slightly shorter than the one below it, creating visible tabs at the bottom. This allows customers to easily flip through the menu pages.
Menu #2: One Page
After a few months, it became clear that the repetitive flipping of the pages was causing creases, and the pages were often sliding out of the clipboards due to their number. After discussing the issue with management, I redesigned the menu to a single-page format that would still fit on the 4.25x11 inch clipboards.
